We strive to bridge a gap between healthy food stigma and taste. We dedicated many hours to bringing a mouthwatering taste with NO COMPROMISES on ingredients. Our consumers are what motivated us to create Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Soy Free, Preservative Free and Vegan products that still have a taste that will leave you coming back for more!


I have food allergies, should I be worried?
We use fresh and natural ingredients that do NOT contain Gluten, Soy, Dairy, Wheat or Eggs. However, our product does contain Tree Nuts and while we take every measure possible to make sure everything is sanitized and to reduce cross-contamination, our products are produced in a kitchen that also processes ingredients including but not limited to eggs, milk, peanuts, and other ingredients which may cause allergic reactions. Customers concerned with food allergies should be aware of this risk. HiiT Nutrition will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed or items that may come in contact with products during production.


What are your ingredients and nutritional facts?
Each item can vary slightly so please refer to the specific item on our page for the ingredients and nutritional label.


How long will my HiiT Dough stay fresh?
 
Hiit Dough is freshly made and then shipped straight to you. We don’t use any added oils or preservatives so please refrigerate immediately. If you can resist eating the entire jar in one day, HiiT Dough is best when consumed within 5-7 of receiving it or please freeze. While the dough will be okay for a while, the natural and fresh yummy flavor can fade if not refrigerated.
A fun fact: HiiT Dough is unique in that it is still soft, doughy and scoopable straight out of the fridge!
 
Why does it take 7-14 business days to process a HiiT Dough order before shipping?
Our HiiT Dough is freshly made, without preservatives or any added oils so it is our goal to send you the best product possible. We don’t keep any back stock or store anything on shelves. The 7-14 days allows us to freshly make your mouthwatering HiiT dough so each and every customer gets that fresh first bite as soon as they receive it! 


How long does it take to ship my HiiT Dough after I order online?
Due to a very high demand, orders are taking longer than normal. HiiT Dough is freshly made without any preservatives and it is never sitting on a shelf. We make your HiiT Dough fresh to order so please allow 7-14 business days to process your order and create your delicious HiiT Dough. It will take an ADDITIONAL 2-7 business days for shipping using USPS Mail. We do our best to get you your products as fast as possible though. We truly appreciate your business, understanding and patience!


How much is shipping?
UPDATED! We now offer free shipping on orders over $70 in the USA!! Trust us, we hate paying for shipping just as much as the next person so, in effort to show appreciation for your business, we try to make shipping as fair and affordable for everyone!
 

What if I purchase Priority Shipping?
Great question! Everything is shipped via USPS. They offer priority shipping, which is usually 2-3 days (fingers crossed - I’m sure you know just how USPS can be). If you choose to purchase this option, your package will be sent via priority mail. This does NOT mean your order will ship sooner or dough will in the mail that same day. 
As a friendly reminder, everything is freshly made without preservatives and we don’t keep any back stock or anything on shelves! Your jars are not sitting waiting to be shipped. HiiT Dough is freshly made, packaged, and then shipped! It can be the same day or 7-14 days before it actually goes in the mail. We work around the clock to get it out as quickly as possible. If you dough hasn’t shipped, it hasn’t been made. We can’t ship dough that hasn’t physically been made. 
We are a small business, not amazon. We don’t have robots or any product sitting on a shelf waiting to be sent out as soon as an order comes in. HiiT takes pride in making fresh products with top shelf ingredients!
 


Do you accept international orders?
Sadly, not at this time but hopefully one day soon!

Do you offer refunds or returns.
We are too small to offer any returns or refunds at this time. If you need to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us immediately. However, there is a fee for cancelled orders. 
Do I have to pay sales tax?

Our company is located in Wyoming so sales tax only applies to ordered shipped to that state.



What is in your "natural flavor"?
Our natural flavors are plant based, GMO Free and free of anything that has to do with Beavers!
Our Natural Flavors are also certified GLUTEN FREE, SOY FREE, DAIRY FREE, PEANUT FREE, EGG FREE, SULFITE FREE and NUT FREE (although our final products do contain tree nuts).
